Bob’s is a beautifully renovated cottage which sits on top of a hill on 60 acres overlooking Lake Eppaloch with access to the lake near Gavan Inlet. Surrounded with an extra-large decking where one can sit and enjoy the magnificent views of our beautiful Australian landscape. Only 45 minutes from Bendigo and 30 minutes from Heathcote. Local eateries are The Union Hotel , Heathcote Estate Cellar Door ,Willow Room and countless bakeries and cafes.

Bobs Place has three bedrooms and can sleeps 7 comfortably.
There is a well-appointed kitchen complete with all modern appliances.
A comfortable lounge and dining area with digital plasma (t/v) radio and a CD player.

The bathroom has a large spa and the laundry is equipped with washing machine and dryer for those days too wet to hang your clothes.

There is a dam on the property where you are allowed to catch yabbies but young children will need to be supervised.

You can bring your *horse, your boat or *dirt bikes

* but use is restricted to the perimeters of your property.
